Harley W. Duane, III

Harley W. Duane, III, is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute (1967) and Washington and Lee University Law School (1970). Mr. Duane began his career in 1971 with the firm of May, Garrett & Miller, became a partner in 1975, and practiced with that firm until the formation of Duane and Shannon in 1984, which became Duane, Hauck & Gnapp in 2001.   His primary area of concentration is the defense of litigation involving premises liability and automobile and/or other accidents. He also handles insurance coverage matters.  Mr. Duane is a member of the Richmond Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar, and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
