For more than three decades, David L. Hauck has been trying cases in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. A talented and experienced trial lawyer, David has tried more than 450 cases to verdict. He has extensive experience handling a wide range of cases including personal injury claims, complex casualty claims, premises liability, wrongful death actions, fraud claims, tractor-trailer collisions, and arson and fire losses. A former Assistant Commonwealth Attorney, David also assists clients facing felony, misdemeanor, and traffic charges. David has successfully represented Chesterfield County, its Board of Zoning, and its Planning Commission, as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia. 

David graduated from University of Virginia and the Emory University School of Law. He has served as President of the Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Bar Association, Vice-Chairman of the Third District Committee of the Virginia Bar, and as a substitute judge for the 13th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. In addition to membership in the Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Bar Association, David is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Richmond Bar Association, and Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. 

In every year since its inception, the Virginia Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized and honored David as a Virginia Super Lawyer. He is a former Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and holds an “AV” rating in Martindale-Hubbell. David is frequently asked by other lawyers to serve as a mediator and arbitrator in personal injury, professional liability, and construction disputes.
