David L. Campbell

David L. Campbell has tried more than 50 jury trials and well over 100 bench trials to verdict to include slip and falls, car versus pedestrian and automobile accidents obtaining numerous defense verdicts. Dave is admitted in the Federal Court and has handled significant federal cases in both the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia.

Dave graduated from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law and started working as a trial lawyer at a Richmond insurance defense firm. He continued his career as a staff/in-house attorney for a national insurance carrier defending construction defect, products liability, premises liability, personal injury (commercial and individuals), and property damage cases. As a staff attorney, he worked closely with insurance professionals and management including participating in round tables for significant cases handled by other staff attorneys and panel counsel.

Dave is a member of the Hanover Rotary Club, The Virginia State Bar and the Richmond Claims Association. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and coaching his children's sports teams. He lives in Hanover County with his wife, son and daughter.
